  1. How can I contact you?

    Click on the Contact Us link in the Service menu at the bottom of each page. Or click on the envelope icon at the top of each page.

  2. How can I access my account?

    Alexander Creative Media products are sold through the distributors FastSpring or Platform Purple (the product pages tell you which one) and your account will be with them.

    To access your account with FastSpring
    You can either click on the "Manage Your Orders" link at the top of your email receipt from FastSpring, or click here to access your FastSpring account.

    Enter the email address you used for your order and FastSpring will send you a live login link that will be valid for 24 hours. If you miss the 24-hour window, just request access again. You will be able to access your Order History and active downloads (30 days from purchase date) from the link they send you. If you don't see the email in your InBox, please check your Spam folder.

    Make sure to use the same email address for any future orders to keep them in the same FastSpring account.

    To access your account with Platform Purple
    You can sign in to your Platform Purple Library using the email address and password you created when you placed your Platform Purple order. Click here to access your Platform Purple account.

    For instructions about how to download or stream titles from your Platform Purple account, you can click on the "Platform Purple" tab on the product pages on this website. Click here to see all Platform Purple Products in one place.

    Legacy orders before 2018
    If you ordered from the late Peter Alexander's US company before it closed in 2017 and need assistance, please use the Contact Us page.

  3. My download links have expired. How can I redownload?

    For products sold and fulfilled by FastSpring, download links are available for 30 days after purchase from your email receipt. If you need to download a purchased product after 30 days, please use the Contact Us page and provide the name and email address you used for your order and, where possible, your order number.

    Products sold and fulfilled by Platform Purple do not expire. You can log into your Platform Purple library by following the steps in FAQ #2 above.
