Worship Leader Training

The Worship Leader books are a series of practical problem/solution training guides that look at the leadership and planning issues faced by worship leaders and choir directors, along with a volume on the history of worship from pre-history through the present day. The series is written by Dr. William L. Hooper, former Dean of the School of Church Music at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and was developed out of his many years of experience as a pastor, pastoral counselor, church musician, music teacher, and seminary professor.
Worship Leader Training
The first in a series of practical problem/solution training guides, Worship Leadership for Worship Leaders explores the issues upon which worship leadership must be based. Says Martha Hicks, DMA, Professor of Music and Coordinator of Church Music Studies at Southwest Baptist University, "This volume should be required reading not only for music leadership in the church, but especially for pastors."
